Resting time

Meditation is a space to practice bringing the full light of our awareness into the moment. We rest in the present and observe the changing nature of our thoughts and sensations.

GUIDED MEDITATION

Meditation is a state in which we can experience and recognise our true nature, as, not any one situation, circumstances, sensation or emotion but as pure awareness and being. This state of observation can create a kind of spaciousness within us, helping us to be more receptive and responsive in our daily lives.

We will learn long practised methods that you can continue to practice on your own. A regular meditation practice can help you feel more content, happy and relaxed, helping to calm and balance the nervous system.
