SARA MARTIN BLANCO

(@neelayaa, @methodsforpeace) I unrolled my mat for the first time at the age of 17 and since then my practice has never left me. I like to weave different styles and approaches to working with the body, mind and spirit into my classes. I have grown to love teaching the more introspective practices, such as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, for their powerful methods when it comes to easing chronic pain and tension in the body, balancing emotions and building mental resilience.

Words from Retreaters

“the real world has been very real but this was a lovely reminder taking me back to the beautiful autumnal renewal bubble. Thank you all - it was such an enriching experience and I feel so grateful to have experienced with so many lovely and interesting people!” Natalie

“Just wanted to thank you for all your care, kindness, and love. I could never have imagined anybody getting me to journal, draw, or dance again, but you did it! You are obviously just a great big ball of goodness, and I am very grateful for everything.” Alan
